What I've to do to see the seminars live

First, you must pre-register for the seminars that interest you and you will receive the access link. And, once you have the link, we recommend you download the Zoom App to avoid problems. Do not leave it until the last moment!

I don't have the link of the seminar that starts soon ...

As we know it was something that worried you, we have changed the process and the registrations that are made from now on, you will receive it at the moment, in the confirmation email. And previous registrations will continue to receive the link approximately one hour before the seminar.

Why can't I see all contents?

Because some content is exclusively for clients, so you will have to access your account. Click on the link in the upper right corner to enjoy all the content.

What if I'm not a customer

If you are not a client, we want to help make the necessary confinement time useful for you too. Therefore, we have prepared a series of live seminars that you can access, simply by filling out the corresponding pre-registration that you will find in the Webinars section. And, in addition, we have also released part of our media library so you can view content whenever you want. These contents will appear day by day in the Library sections and in How to use.

How can I recover my password?

When you hit the "Login" button, you go to the LOGIN page. By clicking on the option "Forgot your password?" will ask you to enter your user email. Then an email is sent with a recovery link. Clicking on the link takes you to a page where you can set your new password and when you accept, it takes you to the client area.

Can I continue to access the previous online course platform?


Despite all the content being on the new training portal, access to the previous platform is still enabled at the following link

Why can't I sign up for webinars or courses?

If the "Register" button does not appear, it is because you are not logged in. At the top right you will find the button to "Login".

Can I access an online seminar that has already passed?


But once the seminar date has passed, this content disappears from the "Webminars" section and you should look for it in the Library section.

If I am not a client, can I register for courses and / or seminars?

Normally you can't do a direct registration. But due to the state of alarm, right now, our online seminars are broadcast open, you just have to pre-register and you will receive the link shortly before class.
